Its easy to confuse log(a/b) = log a - log b with log (a/b) = log b - log a.
Test log(10/1) = log 10 = 1
Using the 1 as reference its easy to see that log(10/1) = log 10 - log 1 is true and log(10/1) = log 1 - log 10 isn't true. This provides enough justification for you to remember that log(a/b) = log a - log b.
If you know this, you can basically do the problem. Just remember that the exponent comes down when taken from the inside of the log. The answer is (B).
