Sure. It's a straight line that has multiple solutions.
-5y = -x + 7 Just solve it for x in terms of y
x = 7 + 5y
Then when y =1, x = 12
Then when y =-1, x = 2
Then when y =2, x = 17
Then when y =-2, x = -3
Then when y =3, x = 22 , etc. etc for integer pair solutions that you asked for.
Solve it for y and you get the slope-intercept form ( y = mx + b) of a straight line.
y = (1/5)x - (7/5).
