Windows 10 cannot open files or apps

Question

So I accidently in regedit when to internet settings then permissions and denied permissions on the current user I was on. So know I cannot open any files and most applications except control panel, settings and some other apps. I cannot even open cmd console or regedit to fix it. So how can I fix this problem?

Are you still logged in as the current user or did you already log out of the session?
