The most straightforward way to do this is to apply the chain rule. To answer your question about the h, that simply signifies that it is the hyperbolic sine function. For the purpose of differentiation though, that isn't really important. d/dx of sinh(x) is cosh(x).
To put it all together, you would multiply the derivative of the inside function (x3) by the derivative of the outside function (sinh(x3)).
