This is a problem in conditional probability...and much as I hate to use formulae this is a place where a formula actually helps.
P(A|B)=P(A and B)/P(B)
where A=event buys a least and B is event buys a least.
You are looking for the probability that a leash is purchased, given that a treat is purchased
The probability you want therefore is .32/.67 (or a little less that 1/2).
