Use product rule of differentiation,
(f(x)*g(x)) = f'(x)*g(x) + g'(x) f(x)
f'(x) = 5x4ln(x) + x5(1/x)
f'(x) = 5x4 ln(x) + x4
you can further simplify it.
f'(x) = x4(5ln(x) + 1)
