If we know the 4 roots of the polynomial, then we have all the information we need.
We can write the polynomial as:
(x-1)*(x-2)*x*x
Note that if I put x = 0,1 or 2, the polynomial goes to zero. The polynomial can be rewritten as:
(x2 - 3x +2)*x2
x4 - 3x3 + 2x2
