The domain of h is the whole real line except for h=-2 and h=-4...I will leave it to you to express that in interval notation.

Please note:

Your notation is incorrect...what you really mean is (2x+6)/(x²+6x+8)...and the parentheses are CRITICAL! What you have submitted is VERY different from what you actually meant to submit.

Also:

Rational functions are always well behaved except at zeroes of the denominator...as in this case.
