You are given two points, (-3, -2) and (0, 3), the second one being the y-intercept. The slope of the thine through those points is 3-(-2)/0-(-3) = 5/3. We can call that slope, m. And since y-intercept is 3, we can call that b. Using the slope-intercept form form of a line, y= mx + b, just plug in your m and b values.
So: y= (5/3)x + 3 is your line. Plug in your points to be sure that it works!
