Protections outlined in the Bill of Rights are fairly detailed and do not require much interpretation beyond the text in the amendment itself.

Did not a President (!) say: The 2nd Amendment is not absolute? It most certainly is in that it is God-given and unalienable. He wants to take the necessary task of applying it and use that to do away with it.

Right now the 14th Amendment is generating huge problems as the abortion folks scramble to meet Josh Craddock's showing that the unborn were protected under the 14th.
