let me guess. washer method. setting up these equation is always my struggle. Once i get to the equation aspect i rule. Someone please spell this one out for me my fellow masterminds?

The volume of the disc (washer) is πx dx and the volume of the solid is the integral from 0 to 1

which is πx²/d, evaluated between 0 and 1.
