1. Find the points of intersection between the line L given by →r = [1,2] + t[−1,1], t ∈ R and the coordinate axes. Sketch a graph of this line and the intersections.

t[=1,1] gives you your slope. which is 1/(-1) = -1

so y=-x+b. plug in [1,2]

2=-1+b. b=3

y=-x+3.

y-int = 3

x-int = 3
