1. Find two vector equations of the line L that passes through the points A(2,−3) and B(−1,2).

Answer 1

The obvious answer is V₁ = (-1-2)i + (2-(-3))j = -3i + 5j in the "B direction"

but a vector in the opposite direction also passes through the same points. That would be

V₂ = 3i -5j
