Both helicopters are 110 meters up in the air. the angle of elevation from the man to helicopter A is 29 degrees and the angle of elevation from the man to helicopter b is 65 degrees. determine the horizontal distance between the two helicopters

d₂ is the distance from the man to the point under the 65° helicopter

d₁ = 110 / tan 29°

d₂ = 110 / tan 65°

d₁ + d₂ is the horizontal distance between the two heicopters.
