A sample of 48 people who recently hired an attorney yielded the following information about their attorneys.

Three people who provided information for the table were selected at random. Determine the probability that the first two would not recommend their attorney and the third is not sure if he or she would recommend their attorney.

First pick to be Yes = 2929/4128

Second pick to be Yes = 2928/4127 (total sample space reduced by one. Also, Yes space is reduce by one, since we picked a yes for the first pick. This second pick is conditioned on the first pick to be a Yes. P(pick Yes | first pick is a Yes))
