y = 3x^2 + 12x + 3
y = 3(x^2 + 4x + 1)
y = 3(x^2 + 4x + 4 - 3)
y = 3(x+2)^2 - 9

How do I complete the square of y=3x2+12x+3
y/3=x2+4x+1=(x+2)2-4+1=(x+2)2-3
