Finding an equation for a tangent line

Problem: Find an equation for the line that is tangent to y = 2-x / 2+x at (1, 1/3).



I am not sure how to begin with this problem, but I believe I have to find the slope, then plug that into the equation and get the b value? Could I please have some guidance on this problem
