I'm going to assume that "(4mo2 - 8n2 ) (16mo2 + 12mno2 – 5m)" is (4mo² - 8n² ) (16mo² + 12mno² – 5m)

A very nice way to multiply polynomials is using a generic rectangle like this:

Then, just multiply the corresponding pieces and fill in the rectangle. The upper left box is 4mo² x 16mo² which is 64m²o⁴. The completed rectangle looks like this:

Then look for any "like-terms" but in this case there are none. Then write it out:

64m²o⁴ + 48m²no² - 20m²o² - 128 mn²o² - 96mn³o² + 40mn²
