Hi Chelsea,
Ask yourself, what would it mean if there is a data set existent with a standard deviation of zero? You can rightfully assume in this case - if you think about it from a descriptive statistical aspect - that all values are one and the same. Further, you can also assume that since there is only one value - since they all are the same because the standard deviation is zero - that the mean of that data set is also the same value.
Try any value you wish and repeat the same value for the set size you wish, and you will find the above to be true.
