In general, NO!! That depends upon what is in the eyeglass cleaner. In general, glass cleaning preparations contain isopropyl alcohol (which will surely burn an open wound), ammonia (will also burn and cauterize the wound chemically - not recommended), and often mild soap.
If the ingredients are listed on the bottle, lets say sterile water or saline solution, ONLY, then you could use it.
As an athletic trainer, you would be far better off to use tap water. Normal tap water is sterile, and most schools have their water source regularly tested for contamination and sterility. Another good choice would be bottled water, even the water out of a plastic cooler is acceptable to clean a wound in a first-aid situation where sterile water is unavailable. In a hospital or medical setting, we would always use sterile water, as it is regularly available. Clean water is your next best choice, and always a better choice than eyeglass cleaner.
