How much do RN nurses make

Id like to know only becuase im gonna go into nursing

RN's salaries vary by location, experience and specialty. Starting RN pay ranges usually start in the mid to high $20's depending on your location. This would be for more rural areas. With a little experience under your belt you would easily make in the $30-$35 range. There are multiple resources out to help you see what your more specific price range is looking at. Really it depends on where you live, how long you've been a nurse, and what specialty you're in... Like in New Mexico you can make 36/hr, Colorado 29/hr, Oklahoma 22/hr (these are averages based on experience as a new grad). Then obviously, you can make more if you have additional certifications, pick up a night contract, become a traveler, get a masters, etc.
