A software for file(exe) binding?

Can you recommend a powerful file binder(joiner) for windows? I need to attach a program(exe) to a host program so they can run together.

You can simply create a .cmd file (a text file) with any editor. In this file, put the 2 commands needed to start the 2 applications, one on each line.

Create a link to this file and put it wherever you want - in the start menu, or on the desktop.

Double click it, and you are done.
