Is a clam fossil that appears to have the creature still inside it special?

So it seems to me in order for this to have happened this little guy needed to be mummified somehow before the mineral exchange occurred, because all I find pictures of are empty shells or shells with fossilized bones because the flesh dissolved long before the fossilizing. This really still looks like a clam and it's a different color from the shell. I think it's special regardless, but maybe it belongs with somebody else if it's very special?
