Windows software required to compare 2 folders through the tree to the leafs?

Actually, I have got 2 versions of a folder which has multiple folders and files and has a max depth of 6, now I am not sure what changes I did in which file and in which version. **Use Cases** 1. I need a tool that would list all the files that do not match 2. Then on clicking on the changed file, it shows the changes, similar to Diff in svn I can do the second use case manually though a stand-alone comparison tool, but I can't find software which meets the first use case.

You can use Winmerge or Weld. Weld is open-source. I think using WinMerge as the quicker scanner and then Weld as the diff viewer helps double check.
