Explaining case and usage of "Richtung"?

1. Jetzt geht es in Richtung Heimat. We are on the way home. This is used with accusative to show the direction of movement.
2. Ich komme aus Richtung Stuttgart. I am coming from Stuttgart. This is used with Dative case to show the origin of movement.
3. Ich drehe mich in die Richtung der Stimme. I am turning towards the voice. Used with genitive case.
