Hi, since C Major Scale has all natural notes, C# Major will have 7 accidentals, so NO Natural notes. The reason Db Major is a way to go, because you have 2 natural notes in them (F and C), so only 5 accidentals. The whole goal to make more sense and writing proper charts so the musicians will have an easier time reading them (and would not think that the composer is clueless). Same thing applies for A# minor scale too. Bb minor is a way to go. Basic music training will resolve these very common mistakes, that I see even professionals make sometimes.
