Unable to start class

Hi my computer is not allowing me to start my online tutoring. It was working fine the last 2 days ago

Contact the schools IT/IS Department and see if they can troubleshoot the problem. Some are able to link into your computer remotely. If they can't, consider taking it to a Best Buy or other local computer store. Some of them provide a home service, like the "Geek Squad", which allows you to stay in your home and not take your computer apart. Good Luck! I know computer issues can be a challenge.
