Hey there!
First off, do not feel discouraged! Some questions are just designed that way to trip students. So from my experience, the "later" passages tend to be questions that expect you to think beyond the passage. If you may recall from TPR or the official AAMC guide, you are tested on:
- Passage comprehension
- Reasoning within the text
- Reasoning beyond the text
Most passages that require you to think a little harder are those that ask you to look beyond the passage with new scenarios and find the BEST multiple choice answer that aligns with what the author is saying.
Hope this helps!
