SO, there are 15 numbers in the bag. Out of those 15 numbers, 7 of them are even numbers.
So first, you find the probability of picking an even number out of the 15 numbers, which is 7 over 15.
That's the first ticket you drew out. Now for the second ticket, you find the probability of getting another even number. Now there is 14 tickets left in the bag because you already drew one out without replacing it. SO the denominator is now 14. The numerator is now 6 because out of those 14 tickets, there are only 6 even numbers now. So 6 over 14.
You now multiply both of these fractions because they are happening one after the other. It is an "AND" probability question so you multiply. 7 over 15 times 6 over 14 is 42 over 210, simplified, your final answer is 1 out of 5.
