Math and computer tutor/teacher
y'' = f''(3) = -3
y' = -3x + c
f'(3) = 0
0 = -3(3) + c
0 = -9 + c
c = 9
so y' = -3x + 9
integrating again:
y = (-3/2)x^2 + 9x + c
f(3) = 3 :
3 = (-3/2)(3^2) + 9(3) + c
3 = (-3/2) (9) + 27 + c
3 = -27/2 + 54/2 + c
3 = 27/2 + c
6 = 27 + 2c
-21 = 2c
c = -21/2
the polynomial is y = (-3/2)x^2 + 9x - 21/2
