As far as the mechanism of Ivermectin (which is disrupting cell membrane of parasite to cause its death), it does not directly affect blood pressure from a theoretical point of view. However, in post marketing studies, Ivermectin may cause tachycardia (fast heart rate) in some people (reported in 4% of people) so not too common. Usually you would only take 1-2 doses of ivermectin, so the significance of this is further limited. In addition, Ivermectin pretty much does not have any interaction with other medications.
