June Wilson's account had a beginning balance of $288.43. She made a deposit of $627 and wrote two checks for $35.87 and $263.56. What was the final balance in her check together?

She started with $288.43. Then she added $627 ------->   288.43 + 627 = 915.43

 

Then she wrote checks for $35.87 & $263.56 -----------> You have to subtract these two numbers from the total balance which is now $ 915.43

 

915.43- 35.87= 879.56

 

Now we subtract the next check:

 

879.56 - 263.56 = 616

 

$616 is the final balance.
