This is a bit late of a response, but a great question so I thought it would certainly be worth answering. I think the best way to approach to content review is to first identify your weaknesses. Once you are clear as to where your gaps in knowledge are, you can tailor your content review accordingly. I think one of the biggest mistakes test takers make is reviewing all the content. If you already know something, what's the point in reviewing it again, right?
Take a few sample tests and see if you can identify any patterns. Yes, it's long and grueling, but your strategies early on will pay off in the long run.
