Mark seems to have caught an error in the presentation of the problem. I understood it as Henrik did. And this means that f(n)=6 when n is odd, and f(n)=1/6 when n is even.

For sure it is n≥2 instead of n>2
So then f(1)=6 , f(2)=1/6 , f(3)=6 , f(4)=1/6
