I would recommend that you take a practice test first to see what your score is right now. This will help you build a more efficient study schedule, since you'll identify your weak areas and can dedicate more time to those topics during your context review, and you'll have a better idea of how much further you have to go to reach your target score. You can take a free, half-length exam from Altius (https://altiustestprep.com/take_free/) as a diagnostic so you don't have to use up an AAMC exam.
Most of the time, two months of dedicated context review and one month for practice exams will be a good schedule, and that's pretty similar to what I did myself for my exam.
