( 7x + 35 - 7x + 6)/ (x+5)^2
41/(x+5)^2
this function is NEVER negative and cannot be zero.
therefore the function is ALWAYS increasing.
x=-5 is the vertical asymptote, so it's not in the domain
increasing (-infinity,5) U (5,infinity)
