I always get it down to two answer choices and never seem to pick the right one. Help!

This is a sign that you know the content but you fall for the MCAT traps. I would suggest that you put down the books and pick up the practice questions. There are several patterns in the MCAT answer choices. The more questions you answer, the more obvious these traps will be.
