You're going to have to do some self introspection and figure out what you are weaker at.
I would focus your time on reinforcing your weaker concepts with some solid content review, but don't focus your whole time on content review. I would focus on the KA videos that you find useful and need. To really solidify the material and true understanding of taking the MCAT, you should be doing more practice questions. Practice questions not only reinforce concepts but you are also learning how the test writers think and how they test certain concepts. It's very important you review both your right and wrong answers. I usually make a table in word take some small notes from what I learned from each question and try to review it every couple days. This also helps reinforce a concept.
Best of luck! Feel free to ask any more questions my way! I took the MCAT 3 times.

Your question is one that many people struggle with. There are at least 5 different resources for MCAT prep and you can easily be overwhelmed by the daunting task of going through multiple resources. Because the information is largely overlapping, you can fall into a viciously inefficient cycle of going over the same topics over and over without truly digesting the underlying concepts. the best way to solve this is to focus at least 80% of your time on practice problems. The more the better because this will challenge your understanding. I would go through practice problems from 2 resources then borrow more practice problems from someone else.04/12/20
