Learning it for business is no different than for other applications. I have noted that Business Calculus classes tend to avoid the trigonometric functions, but will require the use of other functions (polynomial, rational, exponential, and logarithmic). So if your algebra is solid, you should not have much difficulty learning calculus. If not, review the algebraic rules associated with these functions, and their corresponding graphical properties before taking on calculus.
You may also notice different vernacular used within the applications. For example, when you read "marginal", think derivative.
