I have yet to encounter the Stages of Change Model in any practice questions or exam. However, you should keep in mind that although there might be "low yield" content for the MCAT, there is no such thing as "no yield" content! Each exam will undoubtedly surprise you with a question or two. My advice is this: if you come across it while studying, take a little extra time to learn it and commit it to memory. With respect to the specific Stages of Change Model, copying a simple diagram or flowchart onto one of your flashcards can help ensure it doesn't surprise you in the future.
