Congratulations on getting a very wonderful MCAT score! As for the low GPA, I wouldn't worry about it too much with respect to your high MCAT score because remember that you still have room to shine on your personal statements as well as your interviews. Also, medical schools will see that you are academically capable of their material since you have a higher MCAT score.
Because the process is very holistic, you have other areas in which you can shine and the score looks great for medical schools because if you took your MCAT after you got your GPA, they will see it as an improvement, which looks good. Don't worry about it and work hard on your personal statements and apply!
