Since your times are not in the same units you will have to convert 40 seconds to hours or 2 hours to seconds. Then using the value for the time to make one part and a variable to represent the part your equation would look like this...
Converting 2 hours to seconds 2 hours = 7200 seconds
40x = 7200
Then solve for x and that is how many parts you can make in total in 2 hours.
