Hey Becky,
I am so impressed that you have even thought about the MCAT already! To answer your question, you can always sign-up to receive Kaplan's question of the day and start learning/practicing that way!
Otherwise, consider holding off on MCAT studying at least until you start your first pre-med classes. I have heard fantastic things from people who study the MCAT material that pertains to what they are learning in their undergrad courses, but people also do fine with just a few months of dedicated study time after taking all of their pre-med classes. The reasons I suggest waiting are to avoid burning out in your studies (you may do so much of it that you can't stand doing anymore of it when you actually have to study for the MCAT) and because you may find out that medicine is not for you (you probably have heard that a lot). I am definitely not trying to discourage you, but a lot of people switch out of pre-med before they even take the MCAT, so I strongly suggest saving the studying until you get to undergrad!
Best wishes, hope you have an awesome time in undergrad and follow your dream to becoming a physician!
Sincerely,
Jean-Marc
