h(g(x)) aka h o g is found by plugging into g(x) into h(x) wherever you see an x in h(x). Since g(x) is "x-2", plug "x-2" into h(x) where you see an x so: 3(x-2)2 + 1
This could be multiplied out to be 3x2 -12x +13 but that seems like extra work that's not really needed.
