Searching for bevel angle for the connecting edges of a 3 sided pyramid

Hello.

Im working on a project and need to know the angles at which I should bevel the edges to the connecting sides of a three sided pyramid.

The triangular sides are all Equilateral triangles of 12 inches per side.

The thickness of the material is 3/16 inch.

I would like to know the angles to bevel the edges of the triangles so that I can connect the sides perfectly together without any gaps and so the pyramid has sharp edges and a point at the top.

Thanks!

Thanks Mark! So considering the angle of the edge is already 90... That would mean it would need to be beveled by 60 to equal 150, correct?

Not sure which angle you are measuring. Assume you are on the top of the pyramid look down. The sides have a long edge (the outside) and and short edge (the inside). The angle between the short edge and the bevel is 150. The angle between the long edge and the bevel is 30. OK?
