I'm having trouble with Slopes.

y=kx+b, k is the slope and b is the intercept. Both sides of the original equation divided by -3, you will have y=-2/3 * x -1, so the slope is -2/3, the intercept is -1. The Slope-Intercept form is: y=-2/3 * x - 1.
