Probability Question regarding sets

I have 3 sets of cards all mixed together. Set A has 60 Cards. Set B has 15 Cards. Set C has 90 Cards. Adding those together, there are 165 total. What is the probability of getting the complete Set B (all 15 Cards) after 127 selections?

But would this still apply if you are making a selection 1 by 1 (1-127 would have a different sized pool since pulling one card would decrease the overall pool by 1 of that card). Thanks for the answer, by the way!
