I’m having trouble writing the question in standard form, creating a table of values and graphing this equation:

Y=3/2x-3

First, I will add parentheses. I will assume that your mean: y = (3/2)x - 3

2y = 3x - 6 [multiply all by 2]

3x - 2y = 6 [Standard Form is Ax+By=C, with A positive]

Actually, the slope-intercept form is the easiest for creating a table of values, with even values of x.
