The key for consecutive even whole numbers is the same as consecutive integers except for the fact that x>0 must be added. So, your whole numbers can be represented as x, x+2, x+4, and x+6. Ir their sum is less than 35, you can set up the inequality
x + (x+2) + (x+4) + (x+6) < 35
4x + 12 < 35
4x < 23
x < 5.75
Putting the 2 conditions together, you get
0 < x < 5.75
Now, X must be an even whole number, so x can be 2 or 4
So your numbers are 2,4,6,8 or 4,6,8,10.
