P = 261 m x (100 cm / 1 m) = 26100 cm

P = 2(L + W) = 26100

2((2x - 6) + (x + 3)) = 26100

2(2x - 6 + x + 3) = 26100

2(3x - 3) = 26100

6x - 6 = 26100

6x = 26094

x = 26094 / 6 = 4349 cm
